Cancellation period: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of the period: The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized items (e.g. engraved jewelry),

• Hygiene items (e.g. earrings) if the seal has been removed after delivery,

• reduced goods on sale (if marked accordingly).

Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation.

Returns: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, and, if possible, in their original packaging.
