Shipment
Deliveries will be sent by mail or courier service via third parties to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
VONOA strives to keep delivery times as short as possible. However, any delivery times stated in the order confirmation are non-binding. VONOA reserves the right to make partial deliveries. In this case, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer only once.
The invoice, if delivery against invoice is offered, will be sent by email at VONOA's discretion.
If the delivery cannot be made or if the customer refuses to accept the delivery, VONOA may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and observing a reasonable grace period and invoice the customer for the costs of the effort.
The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt of delivery and to report any defects for which VONOA provides a warranty immediately in writing by email.
Returns to VONOA are at the customer's expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address specified by VONOA.
If VONOA's inspection reveals that the goods do not have any detectable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, VONOA may charge the customer for the costs of returning the goods or any disposal.
